Terms and Conditions

1. Player accounts funded are at the sole discretion of Full Tilt Poker and must meet their Terms & Conditions before they are given any free money.

2. Affiliate payments are made on the 15th of the month for the prior month's activity ($25 minimum payout). Payments are made by Neteller, PayPal or Player transfer only.

3. Due to the inherent fraud of offering free poker cash, we manually approve each affiliate sale. Any and all sales are at our discretion to approve or disapprove and our decision is final. We go to great lengths to eliminate fraud. In the case there is a fraud account, you may subsequently have that commission deducted from your total sales. There are player accounts that are later determined to be fraud even after they receive the free money offer. A player must earn 100 FTP's to qualify as a valid player in terms of commissions earned.

4. Each affiliate is responsible for advertising our Terms and Conditions for obtaining the free poker cash specifically:

• NEW ACCOUNTS ONLY - if a player already has an account, they are not eligible to receive free poker money.
• Only ONE Account per Household - that "household" could be an apartment complex or a college dorm, if you share the same IP address.
• Players MUST complete the address information part of the "Cashier" section in the Full Tilt client.
• The following countries that are NOT eligible for the free money promotion: France, Serbia, Hungary, Czech, Georgia, Estonia, Romania, Kazakhstan, Croatia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, China, North Korea, Vietnam, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, Myanmar and Colombia.

5. Participants caught violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have all affiliate credit voided and will not receive payouts. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in our affiliate program.
